Dwayne, who planted Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007, is now its pastor. He serves as a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director of Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne is driven to train future generations of Biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of numerous online publications and is a co-author in Christ Centered Biblical Counseling changing lives through God's eternal Word (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne is married to Leslie. The couple has three kids.
